UPCOMING CONFERENCE

We welcome you to CMTMA Online - September 2020

Make plans to attend the 2020 CMTMA Conference. Each year, colleagues from across the country gather to learn from each other about new trends, policies, challenges, and successes that impact our tours.

This year is unique, due to the multiple restrictions and uncertainty caused by COVID-19, our annual conference will be a series of four virtual meetings hosted via Zoom in September.  Each week we will explore a different topic, beginning with music ensemble safety, followed by camps and festivals, tours, and job security\professional development.

The College Music Tour Managers Association (CMTMA) exists to help those who manage collegiate music performance tours do their job more successfully, first and foremost through the annual conference . First-time attendees and those new in their professional role often describe CMTMA as a lifeline of valuable resources, but the conference remains a vital component in the professional development of even the most seasoned tour managers. In addition to the informative and inspiring session topics presented during the conference, members find great value in networking with likeminded professionals, utilizing their combined experiences to crowd-source solutions to contemporary challenges in the field.

We have waived the registration fee for the 2020 conference. We are requesting that each represented institution pay a $50 annual membership fee.

For for information regarding the conference please contact executive@cmtma.net
